Went the extra mile for me, transferred all my data from old phone to new without being asked and without pushing me to transfer from my current provider.Answered all my questions, let me compare and contrast phones, set up new phone with dual Sims, all with patience and dedication.Highly recommend. Friendly, helpful service.
I went in on Monday 4/1/21 (Covid mask on) after calling ahead to confirm they had the phone I wanted (S20). When I arrived I had a couple of minutes to discuss my phone choice, and change (from Telstra) to a Telechoice contract. Once in agreement Fred set my account and phone up while having a continuous stream of customers through the store. He was friendly and helpful to all, even if no purchase was made but an operating question was asked.I commend Fred for his wonderful customer service. And today Ron over the phone who resolved a quick question for me too - what was my account number.So easy! And so far no troubles at all on Telechoice (it uses Telstra network). I know if I do have troubles/questions that all I need is to call or visit this store, fantastic! Google Reviews
